Terms & Conditions

Rays Studio & Production Pvt. Ltd will perform wedding photography and videography services for the bride and groom named in this agreement. The services provided would be by our published list of services that you have chosen. Rays Studio & Production Pvt. Ltd wants your special day to capture the pure essence of new life and turns out into beautiful memories.

Rays Studio & Production Pvt. Ltd. Wedding Photography and Videography Agreement

The Company agrees to provide wedding photography and videography services as per the selected package from the Company’s published list of services.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Services Provided:
    The Company will provide benefits and facilities according to the package chosen by the Clients. Details of the package are included in the confirmation slip.

  2. Booking and Payment:

    • A confirmation slip will be issued upon receipt of 30% of the package price as an advance payment.
    • By paying the advance, Clients agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
    • Clients must pay 30% of the total package price in advance to book the event. The remaining 70% is due after the event, before the commencement of post-processing and editing.

  3. Package Pricing:

    • The package price may vary for events held at night or outside the valley.

  4. Delivery of Photos:

    • Within 3-7 days after the event, the Company will send 10-15 key photos via email or online links.
    • The final post-production work will be completed and delivered within 25-30 days after the event.
    • Clients will select photos for the photo album.

  5. Photo Focus:

    • 70%-80% of the photos will focus on the couple and their families. Clients must provide a coordinator to identify family members and organize family groups for photos.

  6. Non-Refundable Booking Fee:

    • The booking fee is non-refundable.

  7. Image Rights and Processing:

    • All images will be shot by the photographer on behalf of the Company. The Company retains full rights regarding the retouching and processing of images. Each image will be adjusted accordingly.
  8. The advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
